Supercross 2012

 We took an overnight trip with Spencer's brother and his wife to Seattle to Supercross. It was fun. :] Super hot though.

We went to Utah a couple weeks back to see Ricks off on his mission. We were there a few days and went to the zoo and just walked around Salt Lake City and did some stuff.

I made EVERY dinner on my plan last week! It was awesome except now i have TONS of leftovers. We don't do well with leftovers! haha

Saturday- Baked Creamy Chicken Taquitos

Spencers little brother left for his mission in Guatemala on wednesday! He will be gone for 2 whole years. Its crazy but I wish him the best!! :D

We were in Utah half this week, and I am going until next week to go grocery shopping.So it is easy stuff I have sitting around in the house right now. :D

Thursday - Broccoli Cheese Soup with Garlic Cheesy Bread

Friday - Bacon Wrapped Apple Chicken and Sweet Potatoes

Saturday - Tilapia and Parmesan Baked Potato Chunks and Vegetable


Goal this week: Successfully make the garlic cheesy bread, and try the things on the menu we've never tried. :] (Sweet potatoes and Parmesan potatoes)

Happy Easter

When I lived at home with just my dad, we always had an Easter lily for Easter. Now that i'm married, I make sure to always have an Easter lily for Easter.
